Leighton Meester holds up her winning surfboard at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheater on Sunday (August 8) in Universal City, Calif.
The 24-year-old actress won Choice TV Actress: Drama for her work in Gossip Girl, beating out co-star Blake Lively, One Tree Hill�s Sophia Bush, House�s Olivia Wilde, and The Secret Life of the American Teenager�s Shailene Woodley.
Leighton, who was busy shooting Gossip Girl earlier this week, wore a white hot Emilio Pucci dress, Cathy Waterman jewels, Christian Louboutin shoes, Salvatore Ferragamo clutch.
