In September, it was said that Miley Cyrus was involved in her first fender bender with a car that was parked. She allegedly hit the car and left the scene. Then, photos surfaced of the singer talking to a police officer in her car. So, people put two and two together and said that she was pulled over for texting while driving. It�s funny how the internet works, isn�t it?

In an interview for M magazine, Miley set the record straight. She said, �I called the cops because the paparazzi started making me nervous while I was driving. So I pull over, the paparazzi get out and start taking pictures of me. The next day I read that I got �escorted home� because I was on my cell phone. It was just ridiculous. Really, I called the cops to get away from the paparazzi!�

She added, �It�s important that I talk to my fans directly about what�s being said about me. When things are taken out of context, it ends up hurting my feelings, because I know the rumors are completely false!�

Miley Cyrus may sue over 'leaked' nude pic

Miley Cyrus is in talks with her lawyers and considering taking legal action against ZackTaylor.ca after the blogger released a nude picture last week claiming it was found on the 18-year-old star's stolen mobile phone.

Taylor has since admitted the picture was a hoax � dressed in an open plaid shirt and photographed from the neck down, the 'lookalike' was actually a young British woman.

Miley's rep has denied the picture was her from the outset, pointing out that the model is thinner than Miley and is missing her tell-tale tattoo (Miley has the words 'Just Breathe' tattooed under her left breast).

Miley Cyrus Is Breaking Down

According to reports, it is stated that the 18-year-old singer, is undergoing a major mental break down due to the parents break up. A source says that,� Miley is trying to be strong going through her parent�s breakup and she loves them both. Everyone is reading into each of her every moves, like when she goes out with her mom and no one sees her dad. It�s pushing her buttons.�

Miley is acting out after her parents announced they were getting divorced. Sources claim that,� Miley�s spinning out of control. She carries a lot of guilt � most of Billy Ray and Tish�s arguments were over her career.�

As per earlier reports, it is said that the real cause for the divorce is Miley Cyrus and her career. Billy Ray feels that his daughter is turning into a spoiled brat and it is all Tish's fault. �The fight over Miley is what tore Tish and Billy Ray apart. They can�t agree on how to raise her, and it�s wrecked their marriage,� said an insider.
