Life's been quite rollercoaster for Miley Cyrus!

Best known for starring as the title character in Disney's hugely popular TV series Hannah Montana, it's also where Miley began her singing career. In October 2006 a soundtrack CD was released with several songs she sang on the show.

Debut album

By June the following year Miley released her own debut album called 'Meet Miley Cyrus', and only just over a year later she released her second album 'Breakout' � both rocketed up the charts. She's starred in two Hannah Montana films, and was even nominated for a Golden Globe!

Royal variety

Miley attended the Royal Variety awards on Monday 7th December, at Blackpool's Winter Gardens, hosted by Peter Kay. She joined other acts such as Lady GaGa, Diversity and Alexandra Burke, to perform live on stage at the event.
