Khloe Kardashian does a Miley Cyrus?

It looked like Khloe Kardashian was going to do a �Miley Cyrus� and take a break from Twitter.

After negative comments and jokes about her and hubby, Lamar Odom, made the trending topics on Twitter on Wednesday, Khloe decided she needed a break.

�The negativity that I see, hear, or read today is out of control,� she tweeted. �I�m signing off Twitter for a little so I can remain my positive self.�

However, hours later Khloe was back and tweeting as normal. So when she said �a little� she really meant it.
